Please call our office to verify that your insurance plan is accepted. our health is our primary concern. If you do not have health insurance, please do not let financial problems keep you from getting the medical care you need. If you will discuss your financial challenges with us, we will work out a mutually acceptable payment plan.

Fees and Payments
We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. There is a same day cancellation / no show fee of $75.00.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, debit cards, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. If we are a participating provider of your insurnace company, we’ll bill them. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. We’ll help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
